I stayed at Bellambriana for 5 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The staff, particularly Johnny, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome, although some others were less helpful. Being away from the city center was nice for escaping the crowds after long days of sightseeing, and the nearby restaurants offered great value for money. However, the dining experience had its downsides, especially with breakfast being hit or miss.

Service varied; while some staff were helpful, I encountered a few who were less than friendly, especially during breakfast.
Location
5.0
The location was a bit far from the main attractions, about 4 km from the Vatican, but public transport made it accessible. The area felt somewhat rundown, which was a downside.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety when fully stocked, like cereals and pastries, but more often than not items were missing, and staff seemed overwhelmed, affecting the dining experience.
Facilities

The pool area was pleasant and clean, perfect for unwinding after a day out. However, the restaurant food could use improvement.
